Degen Labs Brings You stacking.tools
5 new Stacking tools for Stackers, Developers, and Pool Operators
The Stacks protocol provides a unique, compelling benefit found in few places in the crypto ecosystem — bitcoin rewards. “Stacking” rewards Stacks (STX) token holders with bitcoin for locking up their tokens and participating as consensus-critical signers.

Stacking Tools (stacking.tools), built by Degen Labs, offer would-be Stackers more tools for whatever path their Stacking journey takes.

This awesome toolset is divided into three groups based on the user type:
For Stackers
💰 Solo Stacking

Since the Nakamoto upgrade, Stackers must participate in Signing. The Stacks Solo Stacking Dapp enables end stackers to stack STX independently without running and managing infrastructure (such as signers or nodes). The tool offers the signatures and signer keys needed right on the site!

With the Solo Stacking Dapp, signatures are generated using the Stacks Signature Tool, which processes the data provided by the users. The platform also supports additional operations that do not require signatures, ensuring users have a comprehensive solution for the entire stacking process.
🌊 Decentralized Stacking Pool
This one is exactly what it sounds like: A no-nonsense way to practice maximum decentralization with no fees and no minimums. The pool supports the Leather wallet and it only takes a few easy steps to get you earning rewards securely.

For Pool Operators
The Degen team was sure not to leave out the pools from the fun at stacking.tools; they offer two great time-saving utilities that are sure to become a staple:
🤖 Stacker Automation Flow
The Stacker Automation Flow is designed to automate stacking transactions for pool operators within a local environment, removing the need for an additional smart contract layer or manual intervention with the PoX-4 contract.

It continuously monitors PoX events through the Hiro API, identifying eligible stacking transactions. It also automatically broadcasts them when available. The application also includes a straightforward front-end interface, allowing users to easily track and manage the Stacking status of their pool.
✒️ Stacking Signature Tool
With the Stacking Signature Tool (which also supports the Solo Stackers noted above), pool operators can generate signatures without running a dedicated Signer, and is easy to integrate with custom scripts and applications.
For Developers
🎭 Mocking Function
The Mocking Function library enhances the efficiency of Stacks testing and development by:
  • Consolidating key boot functions and
  • Offering mock methods frequently utilized by testers

It is designed to prioritize code readability and ease of use, streamlining interactions with Stacks smart contracts and Bitcoin address conversions. By incorporating helper functions, the library reduces the need for redundant code, ensuring developers have seamless access to all critical data required for testing.
