Hey Stackers, we're about one week away from voting on SIP-031, the proposal to create fuel for ecosystem growth via a new Stacks Endowment. Pending Consideration Advisory Boards (CAB)
approval, the vote is expected to open on Wednesday, June 25, with a two-week voting window closing on Wednesday, July 9

SIP-031 outlines a long-term, community-governed fund to support the Stacks ecosystem. It is designed to fund growth efforts, empower builders and community leaders, and strengthen Stacks as Bitcoin’s leading Layer 2. After weeks of community discussion, feedback, and alignment between stakeholders, there's strong consensus to move forward, and to do so with a two-week voting window.
