Exchanges and other partners can find the hard fork details below.
As of October 30, the community vote on SIP-033: Clarity 4 — High-Demand New Built-ins has officially concluded. SIP-033 passed with near-unanimous support: over 208.4 million STX voted in favor of the Clarity 4 upgrade, representing 99.99% of all participating tokens. In total, 185 wallets participated in the vote. To pass, SIP-033 required a minimum of 80 million stacked STX participating, with at least 80% voting in favor.
Voting Breakdown and Highlights
Over 208 million STX were in favor of SIP-033 and technical Rider SIP-034, representing 99.99% of all voting power. This outcome reflects the ecosystem’s alignment around improving performance, flexibility, and developer experience ahead of the upcoming Clarity 4 release.
How SIP Votes are Audited
To maintain neutrality and accuracy in the voting process, results are reviewed by the Ballot.gg team, Signal21, and an independent Stacks contributor. This multi-party approach ensures transparency and minimizes bias across all data sources. You can review STX-specific voting data via Signal21’s custom dashboard.

Note that Signal21’s data reflects a minor discrepancy, as it includes one yes transaction (1 STX) and one no transaction (14 STX) that were completed outside the official voting window to test the dust transaction voting addresses.
