Stacks Foundation sBTC Giveaway Terms and Conditions:

By participating in the Stacks Foundation sBTC Giveaway (the “Giveaway”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the Giveaway constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to these rules and to the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you should not participate.

1. Sponsor
The sponsor of this giveaway is the Stacks Foundation (the "Sponsor").
2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to individuals who:

• Are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older.
• Reside in a country not subject to U.S. sanctions or on the U.S. Department of Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) list of sanctioned countries.
• Agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Entry Requirements
To enter the giveaway, participants must complete the daily engagement tasks outlined in the official giveaway post for each day.

• Each day during the entry period will have different engagement requirements.
• Participants must follow the instructions provided in the post for that specific day to qualify for an entry.
• Failure to complete the task for any given day will disqualify an entry for that day only.

Examples of potential tasks include but are not limited to liking, reposting, commenting, or tagging friends on specific posts.
Entries that do not adhere to the posted instructions will not be considered valid.

4. Entry Period
The giveaway runs for 5 days, beginning on December 13 and ending on December 17. Tasks will be posted daily.

5. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries collected over each of the 5 days.

The selection will take place within 5 days after the giveaway ends. Winners will be notified via direct message on the social media platform used for entry.

6. Prize
The prize pool for this giveaway is a total of 0.15 sBTC. The prizes will be distributed to the wallet address provided in the survey. All wallet addresses must be compatible with sBTC.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other assets.

7. Conditions for Participation
By participating, entrants agree:

• To comply with these terms and conditions.
• To provide a valid wallet address for the delivery of the prize.
• To release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers and employees from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or receipt/use of the prize.

8. Prohibited Countries
Entrants from countries on the U.S. Department of Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) list or other sanctioned territories are not eligible to participate. These countries include but are not limited to:

• North Korea
• Iran
• Syria
• Cuba
• Crimea region of Ukraine

9. General Terms

• The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
• The Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, lost entries, or any other issues that prevent participation.
• Decisions of the Sponsor regarding the giveaway are final and binding.

10. Privacy
By participating, entrants consent to the use of their name, handle, or likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Entrants' personal information will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
